Cherry Wine Making Workshop

Learn the basics of cherry culture and winemaking in New Mexico: varieties, IPM, harvest timing, processing fruit, adjusting the juice, selecting, preparing and adding yeast, fermentation.

Registration fee is $20. Class size limit is 15 participants.
